Originally a creation of the Universal Will, Ramlethal's purpose was to facilitate the Conclave's attacks on Ilyria with the objective of reviving Justice. She was created to have no feelings or emotions, and only follow the Universal Will's orders. After her creation, she declared war against humanity, just before the Conclave attacked the city of Babylon, turning all living organisms within the city to ash. Eventually, with the help of Elphelt, Sol managed to capture her and take her into custody. After spending time with Elphelt and Sin Kiske, and an eye opening encounter with Bedman, Ramlethal discovered that she is capable of feeling emotion, and starts looking for her own identity. Ramlethal became an important ally to Ilyria's war against the Universal Will.
